It's located in Warfleigh, one of the most walkable and bike-able areas of Indianapolis. Single story, large open floor plan with lots of natural light. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, an additional queen-size futon in the sunroom. Guest access Set up for your use are: 1 bedroom in the front Front full bath with tub Living room, dining room, kitchen Powder room Laundry room Sun room with Smart TV 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower only) in the back. NEWLY RENOVATED enclosed back porch, **accessible through the interior of the house (kitchen/living room) ONLY.** Do not attempt to use fire feature, it's not yet functional. The back outdoor patio is available for your use. The side walkway is covered and a lovely place to sit at night. OFF-LIMITS: 1. The garage. 2. The locked storage room. 3. **The EXTERIOR DOORS to the enclosed back porch must remain closed/locked at all times.
