Its proximity to ski resorts and other mountain activities makes it the perfect year-round destination. Security Deposit: A bank preauthorization of €500 will be requested as a security deposit before arrival. This amount will not be charged to the account; it will only be temporarily held as a security deposit. After check-out and once the apartment has been inspected, the preauthorization will be canceled and the amount released if everything is in proper condition. Other things to note Important information for winter stays In Andorra, between November 1st and May 15th it is mandatory to use winter tires or chains/equivalent systems when driving. Access to the property is via a downhill ramp, which may be covered with snow or ice, creating a slipping hazard. Two snow shovels are provided at the property for guest use. The host cannot be held responsible for accidents or damage related to driving or manoeuvring on snow/ice. It is the guest’s responsibility to: ensure their vehicle has the required equipment; and to drive with appropriate caution.
