Located two short blocks from Solvang’s famous windmill and the main drag Copenhagen, you’ll find easy access to shopping, wine tasting and some of the best restaurants in Santa Barbara county. Parking is provided on-site, so you’ll be able to ditch the wheels and walk anywhere in town within minutes. The space If you’re looking for a little adventure and whimsy, The Pendleton suite should be your next stop. Decorated in fun, yet classic camping theme, it’s perfect for two people and a dog. Features a queen sized medium-firm Lucid memory foam mattress with 250 thread count linens and comfortable pillows of varying styles. The kitchen provides a perfect spot to make coffee and breakfast in the morning, or a full dinner in the evening. An ample sized retro-style fridge with freezer and microwave complement the red Marmoleum (eco-friendly vintage style) floors, camping themed wallpaper, and coordinating brass fixtures. The newly remodeled bathroom has a brand new large walk-in shower and a small commode cubby. If you’re staying in for the night, a smart TV is provided for streaming (Netflix included) using our high speed Wifi. You can comfortably take a meal indoors at the table for two. Brand new heating and air will keep you comfortable any time of year. If you prefer hanging outside, you can keep to yourselves and enjoy your private patio space with outdoor table and chairs, or take advantage of the communal yard space. Here you’ll find plenty of seating, a gas fire pit, native and drought tolerant planting, and a few hammock chairs for relaxing. We provide: -All Linens and Towels, including Beach Towels -Toilet Paper and Paper towels -Hand Soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner -Iron and small ironing board -Hair Dryer -Dishes, silverware, glassware (including wine glasses), Knives, Cutting Boards, pots, pans and basic kitchen essentials are included -Coffee pods for Keurig coffee maker -Sugar, Salt and Pepper -Games to play during your visit -Luggage rack and hangers -Heating/AC -Wifi -Smart TV for streaming (Netflix Provided/No Cable) Guest access The entire property is shared with other vacation rental units (a house on the front side, and four cottages on the back side, including yours). Your cottage has its own fenced patio space (open on one side), and there is a common yard with a gas fire pit that you and other guests are welcome to use. There is a walkway that leads to the front of the property and gives you access to Alisal Road or you may exit the property on 1st St. as well. Parking is easy and within feet of your cottage. The surface of the parking area is made of decomposed granite, which is a firm and even surface, making it easy to roll suitcases. However, during rain events, the surface may be less firm. Other things to note It’s important to us that you are well-informed about the cottage before booking. Below are a few important things to note about the Pendleton Suite and Roaming Gnome Property: -The studio space is roughly 300 square feet, about the size of a spacious hotel room. -Strict two person maximum including children and infants. Note that there is no sofa or second sleeping accommodation. -There is a lovley shared community space with a gas fireplace and thrugh out the property there are a few hammock swing chairs and other seating areas to relax with a friend or have some solo contemplation time.
