Bahia Vista - kids, dog, hot tub!

This cozy and fully stocked studio suite is kid and dog friendly, features a hot tub, and has views of Morro Bay. A short walk to Baywood restaurants and the Elfin Forest which is perfect for walks on the boardwalk. A few minute drive to the amenities of Los Osos and Morro bay, 15 minutes to Cal Poly, and 20 minutes to Edna Valley wine country. Bikes and a canoe are available upon request. Located on the lower level of our home, guests may experience daytime and early evening household noise. The space This studio is located on the ground floor of our primary residence. We live upstairs with our two young boys, who are active and playful — you may occasionally hear footsteps, laughter, or everyday family noise during daytime and early evening hours. There is also a nearby cross street that contributes to typical neighborhood sounds. Many guests find the atmosphere warm and welcoming, but if you are especially sensitive to noise or are seeking a very quiet, hotel-like stay, this may not be the best fit. We believe in being upfront so you can choose a place that suits your travel style. Guest access You’ll enjoy a private entrance to the studio, which includes a kitchenette, full bathroom, covered patio, and access to the hot tub. Guests traveling with a dog are also welcome to use the shared backyard space. Please note that we have our own friendly dog and chickens who share the yard. If you plan to bring a pet, we ask that they are comfortable around other animals and do not bark excessively. For everyone’s comfort and safety, pets should not be left unattended in the yard or studio. Other things to note We take pride in offering an eco-friendly guest experience. Our home is solar powered, we use green cleaning products, provide natural bath items, stock organic snacks, and offer electric vehicle charging. This studio is best suited for guests who appreciate a family-friendly environment, enjoy coastal living, and don’t mind the gentle sounds of a shared home.
