The space Welcome to our single-story home in a peaceful Morongo Valley neighborhood, set on 5 acres with 1 acre fully fenced. The driveway is lined with fruiting olive and pomegranate trees, and you'll enjoy breathtaking mountain views all around, ensuring complete privacy from neighbors. Inside, we have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a California King bed, clothing drawers, a walk-in closet, a heating and cooling unit, large circular skylight, and a TV. The second bedroom offers an Eastern King bed, an attached, ensuite bathroom, a dresser, a heating and cooling unit, and a TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa, that can pull out and sleep up to 2 people in the room as well. This bedroom also connects to a Trek deck with stunning mountain views—ideal for morning coffee or yoga, evening refreshments or stargazing. There are ceiling fans throughout the home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, dishwasher and two ovens. Smaller appliances such as a French press, stovetop espresso maker, Magic Bullet, microwave, stand mixer and toaster are also provided. You'll find plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a table that comfortably seats 6, with sliders that lead to the outdoor dining table, chairs and BBQ. There is a washer and dryer located by the front entrance. For those with the need for flexible workspaces, we have several areas in the home with tables and comfy chairs, plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The main bathroom features a shower and two sinks, stocked with toiletries. The second bathroom, connected to the back bedroom, also includes a shower with 2 shower heads and essential bath items. Both bathrooms have hair dryers and magnifying face mirrors available. The bright and open living room offers ample seating, a heating and cooling unit, and a TV. Between the living room and back bedroom is a cozy seating area with mountain views from the bay of sliders, perfect for reading or relaxing. Outside, the backyard includes a round glass-top dining table with seating and a grill, all within a fenced area that's great for kids and pets to play safely. There are 2 chaise loungers and 2 reclining wooden sling chairs as well as a love seat with comfy cushions. Our driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. We hope you enjoy your stay! We highly recommend dogs are microchipped, wear collars with ID, and/or an AirTag-type device when outside of the home.
