Bedroom: King-sized Bed, with glass siding door to a balcony with patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. Loft: Couch that converts to a full-sized bed with glass sliding door to the 2nd balcony. Dining room/Kitchen: Table that seats 4 Fully Equipped kitchen Full Bathroom with Walk-in Shower Outside Common Area: Outside Shower to remove sand from the beach Washer and Dryer shared with guests from the listing "Landmark Luxury Ocean Front Hm" Guest access This house is joined to a 2-bedroom house by a Outside Common Area. The large Patio area that is connected to the down stairs house is only for guest staying in the 2 bedroom house.
