Hot Tub - Kayaks - Riverfront Beach Tropical Oasis

Birds Eye View is a peaceful retreat surrounded by tropical forestry on a private riverfront beach. It feels like your own private island away from the world. This tranquil little getaway is perfect for special occasions, peaceful escapes & relaxing business travel. Whether you are kayaking, fishing, sun bathing, or up amongst the trees on your private deck; you are sure to enjoy your stay surrounded by serenity & nature! 3 min to Downtown & 10 min to the ocean! **Please read about our property. The space This property is 2.3 Acres of tropical forestry with 400 ft of riverfront beach. Currently we have 3 rentals on the property; "The Birds Eye View" (this rental) and two guests suites in the main house. The hot tub and kayaks are solely for use with this rental. Each rental has its own private areas and amenities; there are a few shared areas which are; the beachfront, the gazebo, the firepit and the main deck with the grill. This is an adults only retreat and all our guests have the highest ratings with airbnb. It is a peaceful retreat and not a party place or a place for gatherings. Only rental guest are permitted on the property. Our property is similar to a private micro-resort. There will never be more than 6 guests total at once on the property (2 adults per rental). My husband and I live in the main house and are always available to answer questions, assist with any help you may need during your stay, and are here to offer suggestions and recommendations about the area during your stay. We are very friendly and quiet. We stay out of sight and give all our guest privacy during their stay unless you would like to meet us or would like a tour of the property. The property has a stream that runs through the back of it and into the river. There are lots of friendly wildlife (rabbits, osprey, owls, bald eagles, dolphins, cranes, woodpeckers, cardinals, finches, and our famous squirrels all named Gary). You can feed the squirrels and birds if you like. Peanuts and birdseed are available in your rental for you to feed them. You have full access to the riverfront beach in which you may fish, sunbathe, swim, kayak, or float in the river tubes. Early in the morning til mid afternoon you can sometimes catch the dolphins and jumping mullet (fish) in the river, along with cranes, occasionally ducks, blue crabs and the occasionally a wandering manatee. We are always glad to give you a tour of the property and or answer any questions you may have about it and its use. We are continuously adding amenities and outdoor spaces so any ideas or suggestions you may have are always welcome! Guest access You will first enter the property through the driveway entrance and follow the driveway to the top where you will find the parking lot to the right. You may park in any spot that says guest parking. Door access is by a temporary generated numeric code specifically created for you to use during your stay. The code will be sent to you the day before your arrival. Other things to note Our guests are our #1 priority. We are not your ordinary airbnb rental home; we are a destination. A peaceful retreat created solely for adults to escape the everyday busyness of life and find serenity and solace. We are the perfect place to enjoy special occasions such as anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, serene vacations, tranquil retreats and peaceful business travel.
