Just 7 short mins to a grocery store/restaurants and 20 mins to N. Spokane. Close to golf, lakes, & ski Mt.'s The space This 5 acre property is very private and mostly treed. The back 3 acres is fully fenced. There are walking trails that wind through the back acreage and to the fort/zip line. The house is all on one level with Panorama Suite on the east end along with 2 other bedrooms. The West Wing has the other 5 bedrooms and kitchenette. The kitchen/dining is in the middle with a family room on one side, and a sunken living room on the other side. In the kitchen you will find plenty of quality silverware, a whole drawer of knives, 30+ plates, coffee cups, wine glasses, plastic wine glasses for the hot tub, plastic ramblers for the hot tub, regular tall and short glasses, plastic storage, baking dishes, cookie sheets, large and small measuring cups, large and small pans, high quality non-toxic/non stick skillets, colliders, serving bowls, serving platters, mixing bowls, cutting boards and a wide assortment of kitchen cooking utensils and gadgets. There is a cupboard with an assortment of spices, salt and peppers, cooking sauces and oil. We also aim to keep the kitchen stoked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, & large and small ziplock bags. You will also find many helpful kitchen small appliances including: A waffle maker An old-school electric mixer on an appliance lift Hand Mixer Electric Griddle Blender Toaster (2nd toaster in kitchenette) Large Toaster Oven (in kitchenette) Air Fryer Salad Shooter Keurig (1 in kitchen + 1 in kitchenette) + K-cups Electric water kettle (1 in kitchen + 1 in kitchenette) + tea bag assortment Drip Coffee Maker (1 in kitchen + 1 in kitchenette) + creamers, sugar, stevia We live nearby but keep our garden and chickens at this property. We do visit the back property by the shops to care for the garden (in the summer) and the chickens year round. We do not interact with guests and respect your complete privacy in the home and fenced yards during your stay. Guest access You are able to use the front of the home for parking, but do not block access to the gravel driveway that runs to the back property and shops. You have exclusive access to the entire house. You may use the two car garage, the back fenced grassy areas and the walking trails on the 5 acres. Access to the triple decker fort and zip line is allowed conditionally November 1-March 15th based on weather. We do not recommend access when snow or ice is present due to risk of injury from slippery surfaces. Access to the shops and chicken areas are not allowed. Pool is open June 1st- mid Sept. Other things to note We do have roosters in a coop on the back property. It is far enough from the home it doesn’t seem to bother guests, but full disclosure. :) A security deposit is taken as a pre-approval, not a charge (except in rare cases where it is refunded with no damages or fees). This is done by a 3rd party property management software.
