Nice home with free parking

Nice house on equestrian accommodation on the outskirts of Dokkum. The center is 1.2 km walk/cycle. Here you will find many shops, cozy terraces and excellent restaurants located in a beautiful old town. Next to the house and on the land, horses are stabled. On the large yard, you can safely kick or hit a ball. In the garden there is a trampoline, a swing and sandbox which may be used. Within 20 minutes, you will find the boat to Schiermonnikoog or Ameland. The space The cottage has a small kitchen, but is equipped with every comfort. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, coffee machine, Senseo machine, kettle and 4-burner stove. Bedroom 1 has a big size box spring (1.80 x 2.10) Bedroom 2 has a box spring (1.60 x 2.00). Bedroom 3 has a box spring (0.90 x 2.00) and a box spring (1.60 x 2.00) which can also be split into 2 separate beds on request! A baby cot is available on request. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet (so not separate). The cottage has a washing machine. Guest access The guests have access to the entire cottage. There is also ample parking space. The stables are freely accessible. Other things to note There is a shepherd dog on the premises. This one is 100% well-behaved! And is actually always in the stables or with the horses in the pen. He has already proven to be social with several dogs (including other males), but occasionally it doesn't click.
