Located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by charming farms and serene landscapes, it offers a relaxing environment where the sound of tranquility will be your best company. 15 minutes walking from Tiquipaya town and 30 minutes from Cochabamba city centre in bus. The space Rural refuge where tranquility is the protagonist. Perfect for those who are looking for a rest in contact with nature, far from the urban bustle, but with all the necessary comfort for a nice stay. The access to the house is through a short dirt road. The property has a family house, where the host stays, one room (entrance property) where a tenant lives with her small friendly dogs (they do not have access to visitors spaces) and in the back; 4 cabins and common areas where visitors are received. The town of Tiquipaya (15 minutes walking) is quite cozy with small and nice houses, you can find a variety of stores to buy food, pharmacies, many restaurants of national food, do not forget that Cochabamba has the best cuisine in Bolivia and Tiquipaya meets and exceeds expectations. Also at the entrance to the town, the handmade ice creams that have been produced for years in the municipality, the traditional way of elaboration makes them so sought after. In the street´s corner, there are small stores to buy basic products and local food. Guest access Guests will have access to the following areas and amenities: * Common Kitchen: is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. Includes portable electric stove, microwave, oven, blender, electric boiler, fridge, cookware, dinnerware and food storage spaces. * Dining Area: A common space where you can enjoy your meals. * Garden/Patio: An outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy the weather. * Hammocks: Where you can rest, observe and read at any time. *Swimming Pool: Depending the season/weather a good moment to relax. * Parking area: For your car/motorbike/bike. Other things to note Will be available in the common kitchen: sugar, oil, and salt. Characteristics of the area: Farmers live in the area. They are dedicated to country life. We must respect their environment, way of life and customs. Transportation: From Blanco Galindo Avenue corner Reducto Avenue, take minibus 212 (UNIVALLE), ask the driver to stop at Rumy Chaka Street.
