The house has heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 3 guests, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need to cook, a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Living room. We have an iron, ironing board and clothesline SmartTV, desk and desk chair. A closet to store clothes, a duvet or winter blanket, sheets and towels are provided. Guest access The living room, the two bathrooms and the kitchen can be used freely. The building has 2 elevators and is adapted for people with reduced mobility. 🛜 Maintenance 👉 Weekly cleaning of the common areas is carried out to keep the accommodation in impeccable condition, but it will be the guests' responsibility to maintain it or otherwise we may penalize people who fail to do so. The guest must also keep their room clean. For this, there are multiple cleaning tools and products in the house. All of this will be informed upon arrival 👉 We reserve the right to charge an extra fee of €25 per week and per guest for additional cleaning services, if necessary to restore order and cleanliness to the property. We will conduct regular consultations and checks to ensure that cleaning standards are adequate and will conduct an investigation if they are not met. The extra cleaning fee will be applied at the time it is determined that the standards are not being maintained as expected. During your stay During the stay, guests can communicate with the host freely, I will be happy to assist you and help you in any way possible. Other things to note Although I don't live permanently in the house, I am always available to help you with whatever you need. Return the bedding provided upon check-in. If not, a cleaning fee of between €30 - €50 will be charged, and between €40 and €120 depending on the bedding not returned or returned defective upon departure. 👉 It is the obligation of every tenant to act within the home with care and taking the appropriate safety measures. 👉 All belongings or valuables must be stored and cared for with due care and attention by guests. A penalty of €100 will be charged. 👉 It is totally forbidden to hold parties or gatherings that affect the rest schedule of the other tenants or the neighborhood community.
