All the rooms are air-conditioned with balconies and a nice sea breeze. It is a 20-minute stroll along the beach to the shops and bars of downtown Fifth Avenue. The studios feature high speed internet, a fridge and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and Netflix. Studios also have a well-equipped kitchenette. A free complete breakfast is served daily. Xcaret Theme Park is just a 15-minute drive away, while the Mayan ruins of Tulum are around 45 minutes away. Guest access This is a private studio, with shared access to the roof top terrace. During your stay I am more than happy to help guests with any kind of suggestions or doubts they might have about getting around in Playa del Carmen and the Yucatan.
