From the outside, you'll notice its spacious layout, airy facade, and simple yet modern design. The surrounding area is peaceful and filled with greenery, creating a truly pleasant atmosphere. I believe that from the moment you arrive, you’ll feel this is a genuinely comfortable and tranquil place to rest. 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 This one is an ideal choice for a group of close friends or a small family looking for a private, comfortable and cozy space to rest, gather or simply enjoy time together. The multi-storey design, many separate bedrooms and a spacious common living area help everyone have their own space and easily connect. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook for yourself and enjoy intimate meals together like at home. Everything is ready for you to just come and enjoy. 🏊‍♂️ After a long day of exploring the city or having fun with friends, what could be better than immersing yourself in cool water right at home? Our swimming pool is clean, private and always ready for you to relax at any time. 🧳 We offer free luggage storage for guests who wish to keep their belongings safe before check in or after check out. 🧼 To keep your stay fresh and comfortable, we provide complimentary cleaning every 2 to 3 days along with free towel changes anytime you need, just let us know. Guest access 1st Floor 🛋️ The living room is located on the ground floor, where people gather and chat comfortably together. The space is spacious, airy, and has a stable air conditioner, making you comfortable even on hot days. The sofa is soft and wide, suitable for lying down, chatting or watching TV with family and friends. The TV here has Netflix and YouTube, you just need to log in to your account to watch movies and listen to music as you like. We have also prepared clean indoor slippers for you to use as soon as you enter, keeping the space neat and comfortable. 🍳 Right next to the living room is the kitchen area - where you can comfortably cook like you are at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as induction cooker, range hood, large refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, and basic cooking utensils. Whether you want to cook a simple breakfast or prepare a full meal for the whole group, this kitchen space can meet your needs. Everything is clean, easy to use and neatly arranged so you don't have to spend a lot of time searching. 🍽️ The spacious dining area has enough space for 8 people to sit comfortably, very suitable for family meals or group gatherings. Both rooms have their own air conditioner, keeping the space cool and comfortable. 🚿 The bathroom in each room has a large shower and a hot and cold water system for both the hand wash and shower. The water is carefully filtered, ensuring cleanliness and safety when used. If you are not comfortable, please let me know and I will turn it off immediately. 🐞 There are no bed bugs, mosquitoes or cockroaches in the house, but in the tropical climate of Da Nang, sometimes mosquitoes or cockroaches can enter when the door is open.
