It is also convenient for day trips to nearby cities such as Osaka and Nara. The space ・There is a spacious traditional doma (earthen-floor entrance area) at the entrance, where a table and chairs are provided. Please feel free to use this space to relax, prepare for your day, or reflect on your travel memories. ・In the first-floor living area, we provide a table and five floor chairs, allowing all guests to comfortably spend time together even when staying as a group of five. ・The bathroom features a large ceramic bath. Please relax and unwind while enjoying the view of the garden. Please note that you will need to walk through the garden corridor to access the bathroom. ・On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: one with two semi-double beds, and another where up to three futons can be arranged. ・A washing machine is available. You may hang your laundry on the balcony or indoors. Laundry detergent and hangers are provided. ・A refrigerator and microwave are available. (Please note that there is no IH stove.) ・Tableware such as glasses, plates, chopsticks, spoons, forks, and knives are provided. ■ Amenities ・Bath towels ・Face towels ・Toothbrushes ・Cotton pads ・Shampoo, body soap, conditioner ・Hand soap (Please note that sleepwear is not provided.) This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the premises. Breakfast will be delivered directly to your accommodation. Please note that this is an optional service and requires an additional fee. Guest access The entire house is available for your exclusive use. There are no shared spaces with other guests. Other things to note ◆Important Notes◆ - Smoking is prohibited inside the facility and in the surrounding area. We do not accept reservations from smokers. - The facility is located in a residential area. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 8 PM. - In case of any damage or loss of the facility’s equipment, you may be charged for the cost of replacement. - There is no parking or bicycle parking available at the facility. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. - There are steps/level differences inside the property. Please watch your step. - Please cooperate with waste separation. Do not place garbage outside; it should be kept inside the house. If you need trash collection during your stay, please let us know, and our staff will collect it. - Check-out is by 10 AM. A late check-out will incur an additional charge. - We cannot store luggage after check-out under any circumstances. ◆Noise Monitoring System◆ For the comfort of our guests, the consideration of our neighbors, and the safe operation of the property, we have installed a Minut noise monitoring system in this accommodation. Minut is equipped with smoke detection and noise level monitoring functions. However, it does not record conversations, collect personal information, or store any audio recordings. It also does not have a camera. If excessive noise is detected, especially during late-night or early-morning hours, the device may emit an alert sound. In addition, we may contact you by message or phone if necessary. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant environment for all guests and our neighbors.
