At 150m from Bravo Murillo

Our 48m2 flat is located in the Tetuán area, next to the Cuatro Caminos neighbourhood and 150m from Calle Bravo Murillo. At 350m you have the Alvarado metro stop with a direct line to Puerta del Sol: you will reach the tourist centre of Madrid in 20 minutes! Also, you will have the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and the Paseo de la Castellana at 15 minutes by bus. We hope you enjoy your stay in Madrid in our flat :) The space The apartment is located in a first floor at street level. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa and TV, in a space open to an area with a dining table. - a kitchen area open to the living room - the sleeping area is organized as follows: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (150X190) 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed of two 90x190 beds - 1 bathroom This is a newly renovated apartment (2023). We have been making improvements to create a warm and cozy space that provide the best stay to the guest :) **Please, note: since it is a ground floor flat, you may hear noise coming from the street. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has heating through electric radiators in all rooms. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 100L: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again. Parking in the area is limited and paid: there are blue and green zones. It can be difficult to find a parking space. Nearby parking: Parking Mercado Maravillas. The flat does not have a washing machine. Nearby laundrette: Nearby laundrette: Lava En 30', Calle de Castilla, 18 (less than 300m) Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will access the property using an electronic lock, it requires you to download an app on your smartphone. In case you don't have data at your arrival, you can download it before.
