The home also offers a full kitchen, AC, large 60" TV, outdoor fun & relaxation (yard games, BBQ grill, firepit and more). Guests have access to all community amenities and events! Close to Kalahari Waterpark and skiing: Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Our community does charge added fees (see below). Pools are open on weekends starting Memorial Day, and open daily the third week of June. Pools close for the season on Labor Day. - A community lodge with a fitness room, billiards room, library, Arrowhead store (Arrowhead Lake apparel & merchandise), events - Multiple sports facilities including: *Tennis courts *Basketball courts *Beach volleyball - Several playgrounds - Billiards room for adults - Community Family Game Room with ping pong, pool table, air hockey - Rentals: canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes, and sports equipment. 2-hour rentals period with driver's license and signed waiver, cash only, last rental at 3:30PM. Open seasonally. Subject to availability **Arrowhead Lake (HOA) fees are additional, required for all short-term renters in the community: Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) IN SEASON (May 24 through September 2) OR $2.00 daily OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23) Transaction Fee: $20 Gate Card Fee: $20 per each car HOA Late Fee: $100 will be imposed for registrations/bookings made less than 3 days prior to arrival. * These HOA fees are beyond our control. It is the policy of the community association. *We will provide link to community registration form upon booking If we are unable to register you due to failure to submit registration information, Arrowhead Lake association will deny you entry and you may lose your reservation without refund. It is important that you submit all needed information after booking. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, with the exception of one locked supply closet. We love this house and use it frequently ourselves, so please make yourselves at home and treat everything with the care and respect you would in your own home. Your stay includes full access to all Arrowhead Lake Community amenities, including private beaches, lakes, and pools. Other things to note - Must be 25 Years Old to book - The home is located in a relaxing and peaceful community that has quiet hours after 10 PM on Friday & Saturday, and 9PM Sunday-Thursday. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as you like, but please keep music or noise to a minimum as we want to be respectful to our neighbors. - Arrowhead Lake HOA fees are mandatory in addition to Airbnb costs. - Our community is located in a somewhat remote area, ideal for those looking to escape the city and highways. A car is required to reach both the community and our property. - All HOA fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid HOA late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival. **TRASH RULES**: To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure.
