To adjust the temperature, please contact the host. The default setting is 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter. Laundry: The washer and dryer are in the Main House. There's no laundry in the garage studio. Please note that we have a strict no-party policy and only small pets are allowed with prior notification.
