Rustic apartment

This simple and rustic accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults, teenagers or young adults, 2 children (4 to 12 years old) and a baby. The apartment includes 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom in an old village farmhouse in the Chasseral region. Family and friendly atmosphere. The space The 2 room home is on the first floor of a renovated former village farmhouse (The owners live in the apartment next door). The place can accommodate 4 adults, 2 children between 4 and 12 years old (mezzanine) and a baby. It includes: - a bedroom with a bed 140 cm x 200 cm - a mezzanine with 2 mattresses of 90cm x 200cm. Attention: access to the mezzanine is done with a ladder! The mezzanine is not suitable for children under 4! I ask parents to be particularly vigilant with their children! The mezzanine is not suitable for adults as the ceiling is very low!!! - a living/dining room with a sofa bed (2 seats) and a mattress topper available for extra comfort. A TV with DVD player and a few DVDs available, books, board games. Swedish wood burning stove. - a well-equipped kitchen, gas cooker, dishwasher, fondue stove, raclette oven, etc. - Bathroom with bathtub (no shower) and natural stone sink (original). - a terrace with table and chairs shared with the hosts. Possibility to use the laundry room upon request. Ability to store your bikes/stroller/rickshaw in the entrance of the building if needed. Wifi speed is approximately 475GB. So it's not very fast but enough to make video calls or send messages. We live with an 11-year-old German shepherd dog. Her name is Neska. The Chasseral and Three Lakes region offers many opportunities for outdoor activities: cycling, hiking, walks, water sports, paragliding, but also cultural visits to the charming nearby towns: Biel (16 km), Neuchâtel (27 km), La Chaux-de-fonds (33 km), Morat (33 km), Solothurn (39 km), Bern (60 km). The area is on a plateau at an altitude of 800m. Lake Biel is a 15-minute drive away (Twann or La Neuveville) and offers beautiful beaches and swimming opportunities suitable for children. (Plage de St-Joux à la Neuveville). Guest access In addition to your accommodation, you can enjoy the terraces and garden (shared spaces) Other things to note Dogs are welcome, however, for obvious hygiene reasons and out of respect for my visitors, they must not sleep on the beds or sofa.
