This is one of multiple units on the property and is complimentary to The Lodge - Unit A upstairs. Nestled among 12 acres of grassy fields and evergreen trees, the cabins and houses are ideal for guests who love the outdoors and serene nature. Modern with antique and country touches, this apartment features tile floors throughout, high ceilings, and sliding glass doors looking out over the lush lawn and the nearby hills. The 1,200 square feet of space make The Lodge - Unit B very comfortable for a large family and friends to share. Bedroom 1 is large with a Queen size bed and has a TV. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with Queen on the bottom and XL Twin on the top. A day bed with trundle in the Living Room is extra accommodation for 2 small persons. Tile and a claw foot tub adorn the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher. A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located close to the bathroom. The Lodge - Unit B has air conditioning and radiant central heating. Sliding glass doors in the Living Room and each bedroom allow for sweeping views of sunrises and the southern Mohawk Valley hills. During warm weather months, enjoy the same from the patio with outdoor tables and chairs. Cook outside on the gas grill. Have fun on the large playing fields, on the swings and at the basketball hoop, and fire pits shared by all guests at Double Play Cabins. NOTE: The Lodge - Unit B and Lodge - Unit A upstairs can be rented together as a single house with 5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths and 2 Kitchens that sleeps 14 persons. Inquire about special pricing and availability for combining both units. Your hosts are generally onsite in a separate dwelling on the property, and readily available to answer questions and assist you during your stay. The property is only 3 miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park and 5 miles from the Village of Cooperstown where the National Baseball Hall of Fame is located. A car is absolutely necessary for visiting the Cooperstown area. Guest access The Lodge - Unit B is private and all yours!
