And after a day of fun on the water, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Back inside, you'll find a wealth of entertainment options to enjoy. Stay connected with our double computer monitor and docking station, perfect for catching up on work. For some family-friendly fun, we provide a selection of games, puzzles, crafts, and books to keep everyone entertained. The well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with an espresso machine and all the cooking supplies you need to whip up delicious meals. Open year-round, the chalet is fully stocked and includes an outside propane grill plus everything you need for your weekend, including that all-important coffee to start your day. Other things to note Please note that we charge a one time property damage protection fee. This is actually a damage protection policy that protects you for up to $500 worth of coverage for any damages incurred because we know that accidents can happen. Dogs are welcome and we have a pet fee of $150 that will be manually charged after the booking is confirmed. Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250. We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs. Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation. *We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed. *Despite our thorough cleaning efforts, the property s natural setting may result in occasional sightings of bugs or wildlife.
