The space In our large house is the insert apartment, which we like to rent to guests who appreciate stylish furnishings and a tasteful living atmosphere. The apartment is in the lower part of the house. Through the light-flooded conservatory, which is used both as an entrance to the apartment and as a living room, you enter the living room, which is equipped with a large wooden table and an armchair to linger in. In the living room on the left, you enter the small bedroom, which has a window to the conservatory but also to the garden. Two windows, one in the conservatory and one in the bedroom, have insect screens to allow you to have good ventilation. To the right of the living room is the small but nice kitchen. We value a well-equipped kitchen where cooking should be fun. The light sources in the kitchen are dimmable and thus offer good light for cooking and also pleasantly warm light when it should be cozy. Right next to the kitchen is the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Guest access The boutique apartment can be reached by car via the Schönbühl 8.4 km or Kirchberg 9 km highway exit. By public transport, you can reach Grafenried train station from Bern with the RE 5 in 29 minutes or the S8 in 29 minutes. From Grafenried train station you can reach the apartment in 15 minutes on foot, 900 m. A staircase takes you to the boutique apartment. In front of it is the seating area for guests, which you can enjoy in sunshine or in the evening with a fire pit. Other things to note A stone's throw from the house, you can take endless walks in the surrounding forests and fields. Grafenried is a typical Bernese farming village. In the village you will find a much-visited, traditional country inn with very good cuisine.
