Bedroom: The bedroom has one queen bed, a closet, nightstands with charging ports, and a window overlooking the backyard. Bathroom: The bathroom is located off of the hallway in between the living room and the bedroom. It offers a sink, toilet, shower, and a window for natural light. Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen has a double sink, gas stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Living room/ Dining area: The living room has a couch with a chaise lounge, a coffee table, a TV, and windows overlooking the backyard. A dinette table is situated between the living room and kitchen. An interior staircase leads directly into the kitchen and living room. Situated on the main street of bustling downtown Fort Pierce, this location places you within walking distance of boutique shops, diverse dining options, art galleries, a historic theater, a marina, and a local brewery. Both services are designed to improve the guest experience and are available for an extra fee. Guest access Before your arrival, you will receive a unique access number to the combination smart lock. The number will allow you to access the electronic lock located on the left side of the building. Other things to note This unit is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by an interior staircase. Parking is available on the street and in a grass lot approximately 125 feet to the north on 2nd Street. A free public parking garage is also located 2.5 blocks from the home. There is an additional three-bedroom, two-bath home separate from the apartment but on the other side of the building. The other unit, "The Porch at Fort Pierce," can be rented with the apartment or occupied by other guests. The Florida East Coast Railway is positioned 215 feet from the rear of the home. While train noise is audible, it is not drastically noticeable inside the home.
