Welcome to Central Mérida, where history meets modern living in the heart of the city! This charming building, once a hospital, has been transformed into a vibrant community of 14 stylish apartments, each featuring one or two bedrooms with a shared pool. The space This loft has full windows, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room. Watch Netflix on the Smart TV, and stream your media through smart home devices. Connecting to the internet is easy thanks to the high-speed Wi-fi. Sleep peacefully on the king-sized beds with premium linens, and enjoy the organic toiletries supplied by local brands when taking a shower. Step outside your apartment and work from the pool area. If you want to get the best recommendations in the area, simply ask the concierge team through your booking app. If you don't mind doing some light exercise, the floors are only accessible through the staircases. Guest access The Guests can access the apartment once they've completed the check-in form as we need to send the information to the administration of the building. Let us know your arrival time in advance so we can coordinate your arrival properly. Once you're in the building, you'll be received by our staff, shown the apartment, and handed the keys for independent access. It's possible that we also leave you the keys in a lockbox depending on the time and day of your arrival. Guests will have access to the pool within permitted hours by the administration. Other things to note "POOL USE - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM in common areas. - Access for minors is not allowed without adult supervision. - Only guests or tenants of the building may use the pool; guests of guests are not permitted. - Swimsuits are required in the pool. Children under 3 years old must wear special swim diapers (not regular diapers). - Users must shower before using the pool to remove lotions or creams to ensure water quality. - Glass objects are prohibited in the pool area. - Entry is forbidden for individuals with contagious diseases. - When the pool is under maintenance, its use is strictly prohibited. - All individuals using the pool do so at their own risk and responsibility. The administrator and the Condominium Committee are not responsible for any incidents related to improper use of the pool and its adjacent area. - They are also not responsible for any loss, disappearance, or theft of personal belongings (e.g., clothing, valuables, etc.). - Animals are not allowed in the pool area. - Individuals caught engaging in immoral acts or misconduct will be expelled from the premises and reported to the appropriate authorities. REGULATIONS 1. Owners, tenants, and residents in general must avoid spreading noise, steam, or unpleasant odors, and must not allow third parties to provoke them. They must also prevent the use of their property by undesirable individuals. 2. Each owner, tenant, and resident may use common property and enjoy general services and facilities according to their nature and ordinary purpose, without restricting or making the services of others more burdensome. 3. No dangerous, unsanitary, or bothersome establishments may be made in the condominium, nor may any occupant obstruct entrances or walkways with objects that hinder the movement of people or vehicles or suggest an intention to exert dominion over common property. 4. It is prohibited to hang clothing, towels, swimsuits, or mats on the balconies and terraces of each apartment or in common areas. (Towels, swimsuits, mats, and all types of garments) Clothing is not allowed in windows, balconies, or common service areas of the condominium. 5. Pet owners must ensure their pets wear an identification collar that includes the apartment number, owner's name, pet's name, and the condominium name. Pets must remain exclusively within their corresponding private unit, and are only allowed there if they are not noisy, unpleasant, or harmful; they are strictly prohibited from being on terraces and hallways of the condominium. 6. If a loose pet is found in common areas without the owner's supervision, the pet owner will be warned, and in case of recurrence, the administrator will impose the sanctions determined by the Condominium Assembly as outlined in these regulations. 7. Each owner is responsible for ensuring their pet does not dirty common areas, and if necessary, must clean up after their pet. It is prohibited to leave trash bags, bottles, boxes, or any other type of waste in the exterior area of each apartment's access.
