The space - Private 3 bed 2 bath single story home. - Extra pillows and linens located in primary and trundle bedroom dressers. - Collapsible desk/workspace located in primary bedroom closet. - Free parking. Driveway holds 3 vehicles. 1 car garage (can be used if requested ahead of time). -Reclining sofa. - Private backyard. - Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, glasses, seasoning, etc.) - Two Queen beds, and a daybed that has two single beds. (4 TOTAL BEDS) - Easily sleeps 6 people. - Washer/dryer combo in house. Preloaded with detergent (sensitive skin) and laundry sanitizer. - Patio furniture present, front and rear of home. Austin is about a 20min drive. Metrorail (train) options are not far away in case you want to save the headache of parking for SXSW, ACL, or any other trip into Austin.
