DRIVING: To reach the property, you will travel on about ½ miles of hilly dirt roads accessible to most cars without an issue. The cypress-lined driveway has a steep descent. Exact driving directions to aid your navigation will be sent before check-in. PARKING: There is a covered carport and portable EV charging cable. POOL: The Pool can be heated. The guest pays the heating charges ($100 per night). Please notify us if you wish the pool to be heated before arrival. Please be aware that the pool requires the pump to be running to heat the water. By booking our home the guest agrees that the pool is swim at your own risks and waives any owner liability. COMFORT & CONNECTIVITY: The home has WiFi, heating, and AC, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather conditions. PETS: We're dog friendly! Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. A $150 dog pet fee is paid at the time of booking. No dogs are allowed on the furniture, alone in the house or in the yard (unless crated). There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Please dispose of any pet waste. Please do not leave pets unattended in the house alone unless they are crated. CAMERAS: For your peace of mind, a Ring floodlight security camera is directed at the driveway to monitor the number of people and cars on the property so that we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
