Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited at this property. Unauthorized pets brought on property may incur a $250 USD fine. ADA compliant service pets are always welcome but must always be with, and under direct supervision of, the owner and must never be left alone at the property at any time per ADA guidelines. Smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted at this property during your stay. This includes use inside, on the entry balcony/stairs, or within 20 feet of a building. A $250 fine will be assessed if evidence of these activities has been found after check-out. We encourage you to use the designated smoking areas including the parking lot, dock, and lawn if needed. Guest access After the Rental Agreement is e-signed and the $250.00 security hold is scheduled, access instructions along with house rules will be emailed to the guest within three (3) days before arrival. Other things to note Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in. A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay. Credit card information will be separately collected during the secure Rental Agreement e-signing process. Parking: Two (2) parking spaces per booking allowed (first come, first served). All parking is uncovered and provided free of charge. Limited on-site trailer parking available on a first come, first served basis.
