The elegant dining area comfortably accommodates your entire group, while the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to make cooking effortless. With ample parking (5-7 cars) on the extended driveway, there is room for everyone staying at the home to drive on down. The front of the home offers board games for you to enjoy if the weather calls for some indoor fun! The garage may be used if there is space, and you will find the full sized washer and dryer there for your use. You may also find some other goodies in the garage you may use during your stay. We just ask that you please return the items to where you found them. IMPORTANT NOTES: - The home next door is vacant and owned by the same owner. - The pool is for your private use during your stay for you and your guests - a safety security gate is up automatically for any guests that have children under 13 years old - A mandatory rental agreement and registration will need to be completed - Pet Free Home - Smoke Free Property - 25 year minimum age requirement to book - Maximum occupancy applies to all guests, including adults and children House parties are not permitted, and any guests not included in the reservation must be pre-approved by the host.
