It is very quiet, private, secure and located in a new and modern complex, near the San Juan del Sur beach, 10 minute drive to restaurants and shops in the town of San Juan del Sur. The apartment comes with three bedrooms and open concept living room, dining and kitchen and a balcony to enjoy fresh air. Master bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, WIFI, two night stands, closet and ensuite private bathroom. Rooms 2 & 3: Include 2 twin beds each, with a night stand, and closet, they share a bathroom across the hall. The open kitchen: Fully equipped with pantry, fridge, stove with oven, microwave, dinnerware and all kitchen utensils needed. The apartment comes with a washing machine/dryer, cleaning products and sufficient space to store your food and luggage. The comfortable living room: Comes with a flat-screen Smart TV with Cable, fan, balcony with seating area, WIFI and a restroom for visitors (same restroom for Rooms 2 & 3) Guest access Guests have access to the shared pool area, with chaise lounges, sun terrace, bar & barbecue. Other things to note Electricity: It is not all included in the rental price. For short term rentals we include 30kw/h per day, if you use more than that you will be charged USD0.50 cents per Kw/h. For long term rentals (28+ days) we do not include electricity at all and it must be paid separately along with internet & water. The average usage is 15-35KW per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us maintain our rental price as electricity in Nicaragua is very expensive. Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when not in use. Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to give a $200 damage deposit and sign an agreement in which you accept responsibility for paying electricity if you exceed usage as stated above and also agreeing to pay any damage done to the condo.
