Beautiful and quiet location apartment on the lovely river Berkel. You can walk from here into the old beautiful historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. From here you also have a phenomenal view of the many towers that Zutphen is rich. We will welcome you with warmth and pride in this wonderful place and can tell you a lot about the city and its surroundings. Zutphen has stolen our heart and hopefully we can transfer that to you. Welcome to B&B Hemels, in the heart of Zutphen. The space Your apartment is located on the first floor and can be reached via a shared front door and a staircase (without handrail). You will stay in a spacious apartment of 80m2 with a nice lounge, a dining table with cozy and comfortable chairs and a dining bench, and a nice king size bed. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided at the bar. And for every guest, there is always a delicious wine ready as a welcome, along with something tasty from the house. A refrigerator is provided. Of course you have a beautiful new bathroom with bathtub at your disposal, a shower, sink and toilet, nice and sleek and designed by the designer Philippe Starck, but above all warm and cozy. You have a lovely balcony where you will also find a second dining table, writing or reading table. There are books to read or browse through; books about our beautiful Hanzestad Zutphen but also all kinds of different magazines, actually something for everyone. Guest access You have your own apartment with balcony where everything you need is available. Other things to note The apartment is wonderfully bright and spacious and can accommodate up to two people. If you want to come with two of you and sleep separately, we can make an extra bed (sofa); the cost for this is a one-time €30.00 extra. The stay doesn't include breakfast. You can EITHER provide breakfast yourself OR you can walk to a breakfast/lunch cafe. The nearest is "bij Tijm" in the Laarstraat. We have a nice collaboration. With the voucher, you get the second cup of coffee for free. It is a 5-minute walk from Bed&Bad Hemels. They serve delicious organic breakfasts, lunches, cakes, etc. It is really a very nice address and with us around the corner. A little further along is 'de Broodbode' in the same street, 'Sani' is also really nice and is in the center of the city. In addition, there are of course many more nice eateries. If you want more tips… feel free to ask the host for more suggestions. Coffee and tea making facilities can be found in the apartment and can be used at any time. Start with a cup of coffee in the morning sun on the balcony… who doesn't want that? You can't start your day better🌸 Eating out is a party in Zutphen. There are plenty of possibilities. You can also enjoy the meals delivered to the home of one of the many restaurants that Zutphen is rich. From simple cuisine to culinary delights. Microwave is provided. Plates and cutlery are provided in your apartment. I'll just do the dishes for you if you put the dishes in the hallway on the designated tray. You will get it back clean asap. Tourist tax is €3.00 p.p.p.n. and must be settled at the property (cash or via a Tikkie).
