It is located in a quiet and safe area, but at the same time close to everything you need The space This apartment has been prepared to offer a comfortable and practical stay to people who need temporary accommodation in Madrid for work, academic or personal reasons. It is a modern and fully equipped home, ideal for displaced professionals, students, patients in medical treatment or people in the process of moving. It has a spacious and bright living room with a sofa, television and high-speed WiFi connection. The island-designed kitchen is equipped with all the appliances needed for everyday life, and the dining table allows you to both eat comfortably and work if necessary. The master bedroom includes a 1.50 m bed with a high-end mattress and a pillow menu, aimed at quality rest. The bathroom, with a high-pressure shower, is designed to offer a simple but comfortable experience. Depending on the number of occupants, a second room (upon payment) with a wooden bunk bed can be enabled, allowing up to three to four people in total to be accommodated without compromising comfort. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe housing complex, surrounded by green areas and well connected to downtown Madrid. It also has ceiling fans, air conditioning, heating and the option to request an outdoor parking space within the private enclosure. Guest access Enjoy an unforgettable stay in our beautiful and bright studio on the street, with capacity for up to 4 people. A cozy and comfortable space where you will feel at home, equipped with all the comforts to make your stay perfect. Relax in our 150 cm double bed and enjoy a restful sleep. Connect with the world thanks to our high-speed WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite series and movies on our 55" Smart TV with free access to NETFLIX. Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen, which features a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. As a welcome gift, we will give you breakfast coffee capsules and pastries. Your comfort is our priority, so we provide shower gel, shampoo, 2 sets of towels (1 large and 1 small), sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase. All bedding, including the duvet cover and mattress protectors, is changed with each new guest to ensure your hygiene and rest. The house has a hairdryer. Traveling with a baby? Don't worry, we can provide you with a crib. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask us. The apartment is very well connected, both by car and public transport. You have direct buses to Sol, Goya, Retiro or Atocha, and the metro is a 5-minute walk (Line 9), so you will reach the city center in 15-20 minutes Other things to note To comply with current regulations in Spain, depending on the length of the stay, it may be necessary to sign an additional contract that reflects the temporary nature of the accommodation. This procedure is a formality that allows us to comply with the legislation on urban leases and ensure that everything is in order. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. If you smoke outside, it is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground within the development. Parties are not allowed, nor exceeding the maximum number of people for which the reservation was made. There is no possibility of storing luggage before check-in or after check-out. It is required not to accumulate garbage inside the house; waste must be deposited regularly in the places authorized for this purpose. It is mandatory to respect the hours of rest and avoid disturbing the neighbors. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and the obligation to leave the property immediately. The use of the air conditioning is not included in the rental price. To use it, you need to insert €1 coins, equivalent to 3 hours of use. All reservations include an initial complimentary period for the use of the air conditioner.
