Pets that do not meet these requirements are not permitted • A non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in; deposits are returned after checkout provided no damage is reported • Pool temperature may vary depending on weather and outdoor conditions, and availability may depend on maintenance and service schedules • Florida's tropical climate can occasionally bring small bugs, especially during warmer months or after rain. We maintain a high standard of cleanliness and recommend keeping doors and windows closed when not in use • The home is in a quiet residential area, so guests must respect neighbors and quiet hours • Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection.
