Suitable for 2 couples or families of 5 Walk to the private beach complete with fire pits and comforting tree swing (in season) is a little steep - the trade off for spectacular views of the lake from inside. Enjoy large private wharf, boat mooring up to 22', guests privacy is well respected during use. The space Two large bedrooms with king beds. Spa inspired master bathroom with lake views from tub and shower. Fun loft for young adults with king memory foam mattress. 100' of gravel Beach with small firepit, clear water at edge and a walkway to large wharf with propane firepit. The master suite has a king bed and en suite w/jetted tub and shower w/ lake views. 2nd guest bedroom has a King bed and cheater ensuite with shower. Loft has king foam mattress suitable for young adults - low headroom and steep stair access & glass railings should be considered for guests that sleep in the loft. Gourmet kitchen with everything you should need including dishwasher. Cleaning fee does not cover kitchen or bbq cleaning, please leave fridge empty &clean, dishes put away clean, coffee maker, microwave. Floors, linens, beds & bathrooms are included in the cleaning fee. 1 hr drive to Ucluelet/Tofino junction, with the recent completion of the new highway section near Kennedy Lake. 1hr 15 to Ucluelet and 1hr 30min to Tofino. 20min drive to China Creek for Windsurfing and Kitesurfing. 40min to Bamfield. Guest access Main floor of home. Sproat Lake, secluded serene hiking and mountain bike trails, Room for two vehicles at house. Other things to note 4 Adult guests maximum, consideration of a 5th adult guest on short term stays may be allowed with a $50/night fee. The home is not safe for toddlers due to stairs, glass railings and steep sidewalk areas to the beach. No parties & quiet time by 10 pm. No entertaining friends or other families (septic) Quiet location on the lake, this home is 1 of 2 vacation rentals on the street so it is not suitable for parties, loud guests or load boats or jet skiis. The wharf and neighbourhood waterfront is a no wake, no jetski & drone zone. Guests are welcome to bring big wake boats and jetskis they just need to idle out to the open areas of the lake. Young adults of young ages are welcome. Please consider if your child is a responsible young adult, no jumping or running around in the house. No snacks or candy outside the kitchen & eating area. No playing fetch with pets or children inside the house. I live in the basement suite and work full time Thursdays to Sundays. I give guests as much privacy as possible and don't occupy the wharf if guests are enjoying it. I occasionally walk down to the beach area for a swim. I have a dog but it is not free in the yard.
