Ideal for family reunions, groups of friends, company meetings and supervised groups — also suitable for wheelchair users. The Landhaus Frauenberg offers you a total of 780 sqm of living space and 4500 sqm of fenced property area, i.e. a lot of space in and around the house. Although only one residential street for 3 neighbors, only many cyclists who cycle to the Dreisessel, but by closing the courtyard gate, the children have freedom of movement on our large courtyard area without danger. The vacation home has 4 common rooms: 1 fireplace room, 1 beer parlor, 1 shared dining room, 1 game and lounge room, with billiards and organ. These 2 rooms can be opened up into one large room. 70 possible seats, in the large room, beer parlor 20 seats, fireplace room 15 seats with 2 round corners. A total of over 16 bedrooms, 12 of them with shower/toilet. I.e. 1st and 2nd floor total 11 bedrooms with shower/toilet, plus on the 1st floor a large enclosed living area with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1st bathroom with tub and shower, 2 sinks and 1 toilet. 2nd bathroom with shower, 2 sinks and toilet. On the ground floor, 1 bedroom suitable for the disabled with 2 single beds and a bunk bed, plus a disabled sink in front of the room in the anteroom, next to the toilet, in addition 1 disabled toilet and a spacious disabled shower in the hallway. Room layout: 1 room with a double bed, 6 rooms with double bed and single bed, 2 of them with additional crib, 1 room with double bed and extra bed, 1 room with double bed and 2 single beds, 5 rooms with double bed and bunk bed 90 x 200, 1 x 90 x 190, 1 room with double bed and bunk bed and crib, First floor: 1 room with 2 single beds and bunk bed 90 x 200, accessible to the disabled. 1 children's playroom (can be used as a single room with a lounger). The entrance area is also very spacious and suitable for wheelchairs. The 16 rooms mentioned are divided between the ground floor and the 1st and 2nd floors. 1 x with 40 seats as a seminar room, the tables and chairs can be placed or removed as desired, but must then be rearranged, in addition with home theater – satellite/TV and billiard table. The 2nd common room is ideal for eating together, also with 50 seats, the tables can be set up as a table or individually, in between you have a large dance floor. As a 3rd option, there is also the elongated beer parlor with a 7-meter-long corner bench in U-shape with 2 large tables with approx. 20 seats adjacent, so that your group can sometimes split into different interests, or because the buffet is set up. The cozy fireplace room for chatting in a small group has 1 upholstered seating area with a large table in a large seating area, plus an upholstered corner with a small table and the warmth and coziness radiating and high-quality soapstone stove and a new flat screen on the wall, leaving nothing to be desired (!). Our guests are supplied directly from the supermarket, so they don't have to go shopping! However, if you still need to get something quickly, this supermarket is 3 km away! The nearest bus stop is about 300 meters from the house. With the spa cards you have free travel throughout the Bavarian Forest!
