Minimum rental: 2 nights. The rental includes: - A terrace with garden in front of the house, a large barbecue area and direct access to the beach from the garden door. - Two independent floors (ground floor and first floor), each comprising: - A double bedroom - A bedroom with two single beds - A bathroom - A large living room - Fully equipped kitchen - An independent adjoining studio with a double bed and its own bathroom. - A typical local bungalow ("chosa") adjoining the patio of the house, with a double bed and a single bed (outdoor bathroom). Optional: - A second bungalow ("chosa") behind the house, with a double bed and two single beds (outdoor bathroom), which can accommodate up to 3 additional people. Rental conditions: - Minimum 1 week in July/August. - Minimum 3 nights in June/September. - Electricity is extra in winter. Each floor has a living room/kitchen and bathroom. - Shared washing machine in the laundry room. - Barbecue with garden tables and chairs. - Covered parking behind the house. - Additional bungalow (optional) outside, with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (bathroom outside), accommodating up to 3 additional people. The "VILLA PINOS ZAHORA" is located on the same finca and can be rented together with the "VILLA MALYMA ZAHORA" for a maximum of 35 people in total. Possibility of wedding with maximum 80/100 people With the "Studio Palacito Zahora" (6-7 people), you can accommodate up to 34/35 people.
