The space As you walk inside, you're greeted by warm, earthy tones and unique décor that blend seamlessly with the modern amenities. Living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating beautiful dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Cozy living space features a smart TV and comfortable sofa, perfect for diving into after a day in the sun. Step outside to your private terrace, a tranquil oasis where you can unwind, soak up the sun, or take a refreshing dip in your private pool. This outdoor space truly offers a private slice of paradise right at your doorstep. On the main floor you will find the first bedroom, flooded with natural light from its own floor-to-ceiling window looking out to a rice field and with en-suite bathroom with standing shower. On the second floor you will find one more bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with both shower and hot tub. Each bedroom has king-size bed, big wardrobe and AC. Rooms are comfortable and bright, but they are also equipped with blackout curtains to ensure a good rest. With its outstanding working space overlooking the garden and pool area, this Villa is perfect for both leisure and work. Whether you're a digital nomad needing a functional workspace or simply looking for a relaxing getaway, this Villa has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Guest access Guest will have complete and private access to the unit. We are part of a villa complex located in a very quiet area with almost no traffic. There is a night security guard and many options for the parking in the complex. Other things to note Bali is a magical place, a place of enchantment, where Hindu temples meet lush jungles, rice fields and the crystal-clear ocean. But as you embark on your journey to this tropical paradise, we kindly ask you to consider the following essential details: 1. Weather conditions: Rainy season in Bali starts around mid-October and lasts until late March (but not exclusively) and may bring heavy rainfalls and the possibility of thunderstorms. All areas in our villa can be completely closed, so no need to worry about that! 2. Harmony with Nature: Please remember that like in most tropical areas, you may encounter critters like frogs, geckos, house geckos...and insects like mosquitos, ants etc. None of these critters are harmful to humans and they are part of the natural environment. Don't forget that we are the invaders, not them :) * Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping the food in the fridge to avoid tempting these little visitors, as we have no control over their persistent search for food. * Please note that even though just few minutes away from Canggu bustling center, our villa is tucked in the middle of beautiful rice fields. People are living their everyday lives there. Villagers are working on their lands. So in rare occasions, once or twice a year only, there may be some machine noise or fire smoke from burning the old rice and preparing the land for the new one. That usually doesn’t last long and it is completely out of our control. Once again, don’t forget that we are the intruders, not them :) 3. Essential Services: Please be aware that Canggu, as rapidly growing beach town, may experience occasional power outages and internet disruptions due to a weather conditions or maintenance work, which is entirely beyond our control. We do our best to keep our guests comfortable when this happens, but we want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. If the power goes out, often the water is connected. These services are typically restored in a couple of hours. Here we live in a laidback circumstances & vibe :) * Amenities Update: Occasionally, amenity issues may arise due to frequent guest use. Please rest assured that these situations are considered normal and not due to a negligence. Our Team is ready to address and resolve any amenity-related concerns promptly. * Our pool is not heated as we live here in tropical climate (pretty much +30 Celsius) year around. It is not with salty water as that is not common in Bali. Pool system & jets, as well as pool lights, work automatically every day, so you don't need to worry about turning them off and on. * Linen and towels are changed in most cases every 3 days, for stays longer than 3 days. Please keep in mind that, unlike hotels, we are unable to change it every day for logistical reasons since we are using outside laundry service, like most other villas in Bali. 4. Concierge Services: Our Team will be happy to arrange any third-party services you may need before or during your stay, such as tours, transportation, chefs, spas, decorations, etc. While we can help coordinate these services, we are not responsible for their prices or any situations that may arise with these external providers. If any concerns occur, we will assist in resolving them, but we cannot be held accountable for external situations. 5. Navigating Canggu: Growing Town: Canggu is rapidly evolving, and some new streets still don't have their names or numbers. Our dedicated Team will provide precise villa location details and comprehensive check-in instructions via Airbnb and messaging app before your check-in date. Welcome to Bali!
