Situated on 100 feet of pristine lakefront, our property offers nearly an acre of privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Relax in comfort with modern amenities including heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a built-in speaker system throughout the house for playing your favorite music. Stay connected with our provided WiFi, cable, Roku, and Blu-ray player. Indoors, you'll find a cozy electric fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, and a spacious dining room perfect for family meals. Step out onto our large outdoor deck to enjoy stunning lake views, or unwind in the sunroom with your morning coffee. Entertainment options abound with a basement game room featuring a mini wet bar, pool table, air hockey table, darts, and board games. Outdoors, make the most of lake living with activities like swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and bonfires under the stars. Our property is only 90 minutes from Chicago, 45 minutes from Milwaukee, 15 minutes from Wilmot Mountain, and 10 minutes from Lake Geneva. Your perfect entertainment haven awaits – book your stay with us today! Guest access Guests will have access to the main house and the pristine lake. The detached garage and boat house by the water both inside and above are not available. Other things to note WHAT WE OFFER Safety Measures: House diagrams outlining exits and the locations of fire extinguishers are available at both the front and back of the house to assist with safety protocols. Kitchen Essentials: Our fully-equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, baking pans, dishes, strainers, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, oven mitts, dish towels, coffee maker, coffee grinder, coffee filters, toaster, and blender. Additionally, we supply dish soap, sponge, dishwasher detergent, cleaning sprays, salt & pepper, some spices, limited garbage bags, paper towels, and napkins. Please be aware that our kitchen features a gas stove. Bed and Bath Amenities: For your convenience, we offer fresh bed linens for 9, hand soap, bath & beach towels (1 per guest), a mini hairdryer, FIRST-AID kit, cleaning spray, and toilet paper. Extra Comforts: Enjoy access to iron, ironing board, baby gates, fold-up crib, and sheet. Outdoor Enjoyment: Take advantage of our outdoor facilities, including a gas grill, basketball hoop and ball, soccer ball, and firewood (please note that firewood availability may vary). We also provide a hot tub over looking the lake that receives regular maintenance and is available for winter months only (October 1 - March 31) Seasonal Additions: During the warmer months (typically late Spring to late Fall), we provide water toys, water noodles, canoe, kayak, paddle boat, and life jackets. OUR RECOMMENDATIONS Drinking Water: For your hydration needs, we suggest bringing bottled water for drinking and cooking. Additional Supplies: We advise guests to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, garbage bags, bottled water, firewood, and bug spray. While some guests may opt to bring extra towels and blankets, these items may not always be necessary. Additionally, guests should consider bringing any special cooking spices, baking ingredients, and other personal preferences to enhance their vacation experience. Guest Expectations: Guests are encouraged to bring their own specific water gear, sports equipment, or other items necessary to meet your individual desires during your stay. OUR REQUIREMENTS Contract Agreement: Guests are required to sign a standard residential renters agreement/contract to receive access to the property. Additional Guests: A fee of $25 per person per night applies for guests beyond the initial 9. Please note that we do not offer additional bedding for additional guests after 9. If additional guests are joining your party, we recommend bringing an air mattress and bedding. We provide towels and beach towels for 9 guests. Kindly contact us for inquiries about adding extra guests to your reservation. Age Requirement: Please note that renters must be 28 years old or older. We only cater to responsible and respectful guests. Basic Etiquette: Please refer to the contract addendum upon booking for supplementary house rules.
