Even if the owner is identified, we will not contact the guest as a general rule. Items not suitable for storage, such as food and sanitary products, may be disposed of on the day they are found for hygiene reasons. Please note that the following cases will incur additional fees: ① Domestic shipping of lost items = will be sent cash on delivery.
