The space The layout is ideal for getting ready for an event and getting the most rest: 🛏️ Resting Areas: Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, ceiling fan, and closet. (Ideal for people who prefer to avoid stairs.) Upstairs (Main Floor): Queen-size bed, double ceiling fan, closet, and separate full bathroom. Upstairs (Second Floor): Double bed, ceiling fan, closet, and separate full bathroom. 🛋️ Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen: Social area: Indoor living and dining room for 6 people, cool and well-lit with ceiling fans. As a bonus for your stay, we’ve left you a portable outdoor table that you can easily take to the palapa and pool area. Fully equipped kitchen: Everything you need. Includes a medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, glasses, and a full set of dishes for 6 people. ✨ Amenities designed with you in mind: We know that many of our guests attend events, so the house has an iron and a hairdryer to help them look their best. When you arrive, you will find everything clean, fresh, and ready for you to enjoy! Guest access Welcome to your retreat! During your stay, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire interior of the house so that you can feel completely at ease. Common areas (within walking distance): When leaving the house, within our own secure private community, you will have the privilege of enjoying the shared amenities with our neighbors: The Pool and Gardens: Just steps from your door, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Palapa and Grill: A covered outdoor area perfect for spending time together. (If you want to use the barbecue, the palapa has a dining area, and remember that there is a portable table in the house that you can take out.) 🚗 Parking Logistics (Very important!): You have one (1) free parking space assigned exclusively to you: Space #07. Location and luggage: This storage unit is located a few meters from the house, connected by a convenient pedestrian walkway. We strongly request that you DO NOT use the spaces right in front of the house (#11 and #12), even for a minute to unload luggage, as they are the private property of neighbors who need unrestricted access to them at all times. Care for green areas: When parking in space #07, the vehicle must be positioned exactly within the area marked with paving stones, taking great care not to drive onto or encroach on the grass with the tires. Second vehicle: If you are coming with an additional car, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a parking space for it for $150 MXN (strict gated community limit: 2 cars per reservation). 🚫 Restricted areas: The pool machine room and the condominium’s operational facilities are for the exclusive use of maintenance personnel. Note for a perfect stay: As this is a family residential complex, the common areas operate under the management’s guidelines. Please read our “Additional Rules” section in this listing before booking. For your convenience, you will find a printed copy of the complete house rules on the table upon arrival. Other things to note Our house is designed to offer you a complete escape from the noise of the city, taking advantage of Morelos’ exceptional climate, which can be enjoyed almost year-round.
