Direct Ocean View and a Dormitory With Direct View on the Stars Above You

The house is located in Chile's wind- and kitesurf mekka Matanzas. It has a wonderful view on the Pacific Ocean and is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach. The large terrace with its lounge area yields a perfect BBQ location, and below in the garden is a wood-fired hot tub for you to use at any time. Unique is the top level dormitory where you will fall asleep with a direct view on the stars above you through the large panoramic window in the roof after having enjoyed the view on the sunset. The house comprises of two separate apartments suitable for two to four persons each and both with fully equipped kitchens and bathroom (towels as well as linen for the beds are provided by us). Therefore, the house is, for example, perfect for two couples who want to relax for a weekend together but still want a certain privacy. The lower apartment covers the first floor of the house, the upper apartment covers the floor two and three of the house. On the second floor it includes a large living room with an open kitchen (including gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher), a terrace area with a lounge part and BBQ, and just besides the entrance door an outside shower to rinse you off or take a shower after your surf. On the third floor, is the bathroom with a nice view on the Pacific for you while taking a shower, a separate dressing room with an additional small terrace area, and finally the dormitory with its large panoramic window in the roof, which allows you to see the stars directly above you at nighttime and the Pacific at daytime.
