This listing is for the downstairs room. If you prefer the upstairs apartment, you can ask about its availability to change. The rooms are separate with a separate entrance for each. It is in front of the pool and has a nice view. It has a Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning. It also has a minibar and coffee maker. If you need, you can request an electric stove, cutlery, and cooking utensils. There is complimentary coffee, cookies, and bottled water. If you're looking for accommodation for more people, you can check the availability of the other rooms. Guest access The pool is 1.40 meters deep and is open from 9 am to 9 pm. There is a fireplace, barbecue and outdoor furniture available for all guests. Each room has a small barbecue, in addition to the large one that is shared. It is a large property and guests are welcome to tour it, there is plenty of space to walk, also some small fruit trees. There is also an additional bathroom next to the bedrooms. During your stay My house is next to the rooms. My brother Alioth or I are always available in case you need anything. I also share my cell phone with guests in case they prefer to contact me by phone or directly via Airbnb chat.
