Your funds are simply held for your adjusted stay dates. **** The space *****Dreamin has received their Covid 19 certificate from the licensing department / ministry of health and follows the protocol that has been set out. ******** Dreamin Villa 1 bed room (actually has 3 bed rooms... see 2 bed room and 3 bed room listing) each air-conditioned. Master is king size bed, guest bed room #1 has 2 queen size beds, guest room # 2 twins or 1 king. Villa is staffed daily 9-5 pm. We do cooking ,cleaning and all laundry. We will arrange for all grocery to be delivered to villa .Lots of outdoor patio space. Dine out side or inside. There is also a marvelous roof top patio, to be enjoyed both day and night ,you won't believe the stars. The beach is cleaned daily and sand is fine and beautiful white water is clean clear and warm. Lounge chairs are available on the beach. The beach patio has a bar and grill. We look forward to spoiling you on your vacation time with us . Montego bay is. 35 mins away and Ocho Rios is 40 mins. There are many attractions in either direction. Rates are calculated at 2 guests per bed room . You are able to rent this villa as a 1 or 2 or 3 bed room. Different rates apply, Low season is April 16 th to Dec 18 th. 1 bed room 245/ night. 2 bed rooms 345/night. 3 bed rooms 465/night . High season is Dec 16 th to April 15 th. 1 bed room 345/ night.... 2 bed rooms 445/ night. 3 bed rooms 565/ night Peak season (14 nights minimum) December 18 to Jan 6th. 4900 per week. maximum 6 guests Please note, bed room 3 ( twin bed room ) guests have to pass through master bed room or blue bed room to access the bath room. We can assist you with your transportation needs also, the VIP meet and greet, at no cost to you, which fast tracks you through immigration and customs, no long lines. you will have a CONCIERGE escort you right through to your transportation or rental car. Only owners of the villas and guests are permitted on the property and beach. It is NOT A public beach open to anyone other than those staying in the villas on property. Other things to note Please ask as many questions as you have. We are here to make you stay an enjoyable one. You are able to rent as a 1 bed room or 2 bed rooms or 3 bed rooms. If rented as a 1 bed room the other rooms are simply closed off,it is not rented to any one else, you would be the only one in the house.
