Peaceful cottage near Letterfrack

With underfloor heating, this warm and inviting, spacious home allows one to relax with a freshly made coffee from our espresso machine and soak in the peaceful Connemara landscape surrounding Roe Island Cottage. It is just outside the village of Letterfrack and steps to the shore. If you wish to get away from the crowds, this is for you. Excellent wifi quality. The space In splendid isolation..this waterfront cottage is situated in Dawrosbeg, a 5 minute drive from the village of Letterfrack. It has panoramic views of the Twelve Bens, Letter Hill, Derryinver, and Inishbofin to the far west. It is a very quiet, serene location with opportunities for lots of walks and exploring the seashore.. the water is crystal clear and perfect for sea swimming. Wetsuit probably advised. Hares roam the front lawn early in the morning and Connemara ponies wander in the neighbouring field. The house itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need to go full on Donal Skehan or Catherine Fulvio in the kitchen. The Weber BBQ can also be hauled outside to grill some fresh fish purchased in the village. The bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs den has a small library of books and games for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great location to study the star-filled sky on a clear night and the darkness ensures a good night’s sleep.
