Available for May,June & Aug long weekends. Inquire with dates for Summer '24. Our home is situated in a picturesque, quiet, setting in a prime location, 15 min walk to Spiddal village & beaches. The house is spacious and homely with mature gardens. Sea views & of the Aran islands from upstairs. Spiddal boasts a number of beaches, walks, craft & art shops, eateries, pubs bank, library, church, PO & large Centra/Texaco garage. Galway city only 18km away. Perfect location for exploring Connemara! The space The house is a dorma bungalow with 4 bedrooms - two upstairs and two downstairs. One upstairs bedroom has an en suite. This means the other bedroom upstairs should use this en-suite also or use the main bathroom which is downstairs. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 has an en suite and Bedroom 2 is located next door to the main bathroom, also downstairs. There are 2 living rooms - both with Smart TVs and stoves. Bedroom 1 also has a Smart TV. WiFi is excellent. There is a kitchen with island & 4 high stools and a dining room with extendable dining table for 8 people. The back garden has garden furniture, swing set and slide. This is a family home and would be suited to families or couples. Strictly no party groups as we really like our neighbours and do not want to offend them! Guest access There is ample parking on our property , up to 5 cars. Spiddal village is a lovely 15 minute walk downhill with beautiful scenic views. If you go further up the hill beyond our house, the views are absolutely breathtaking, and on a clear day, sometimes Co. Kerry can be seen! Other things to note We are taking minimum of 6 nights stays for Summer bookings only or 2 - 4 nights minimum on long weekends such as June Bank Holiday weekend, etc. Please inquire with dates and we can see if we can accommodate your group.
