The space You will have 10 spacious and comfortable rooms (8 of them equipped with air conditioning, and 2 without air conditioning but fan ceiling; the air conditioning must remain off during the day, 7 of the rooms have a full bathroom and 3 of them share w.c. You will love the style of this house! Enjoy private areas like a multipurpose court. The pool dimensions are 16m x 5m with a depth of 1.40 throughout its length and includes a wading pool. Additionally, the house has 1 service room for your driver and another service room for your support staff: cleaning, cooking, etc. THE JACUZZI CURRENTLY IS OUT OF SERVICE. AND THERE IS ONLY TV´S IN THE 2 LIVING ROOM AREA. Guest access *You have access to the entire property. Mr. José Luis and his wife Mari will welcome you to the house. They will be delighted to assist you with any maintenance or household-related matters. Please note that they are not service staff. They are going to hand you the rules and policy of the property in order to sign it. Other things to note -Please include the total number of guests in your reservation so you can be aware of the total cost. If you plan to have visitors, please notify us: the day, number of people, and time, as this incurs an additional cost. *HOUSE RULES -No events or parties are allowed. After 22:00 hours, only moderate-volume music is permitted inside the house, NOT outside. Failure to comply may result in a fine of $10,000 imposed by the residential community. -According to the community's policies, we need to register the names of all guests at the gate 4 days before your arrival. -If you have individuals not included in the reservation, such as makeup artists or hairdressers etc. it is essential to provide their full names in advance for registration. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter. -Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas of the house. -For your safety and that of others, please use plastic cups and containers in the pool area. -For pool use, we kindly ask you to take necessary precautions to prevent accidents, as the pool and facilities are used at the guest's own risk. Please maintain continuous supervision if you or your guests have children present to avoid any pool accidents. Please note that we do not assume responsibility in case of accidents. The safety of minors is prioritized. ADDITIONAL SERVICES -Pool Heater: You can hire this service for an additional cost of $1,950 pesos per day, with a minimum requirement of 2 consecutive days. -Cook Service: Available from 09:00 to 17:00 with an extra cost of $1,000 pesos per day. The cook uses the ingredients provided by you. -Housekeeping: Basic cleaning of bedrooms from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm with a cost of $1,000 pesos per day. -Pet Entry: Up to 2 small pets are allowed with an additional charge of $2,500 pesos per reservation. If the pet climbs on beds, sofas, or other furniture, or if it does its business inside the house or enters the pool, an additional charge of $3,000 pesos for deep cleaning will be applied. Additionally, the guest is responsible for covering any other damage caused by the pet. Personal support service is available at an additional cost of $800 per day. This service is required when the number of guests exceeds 16. Support staff are responsible for clearing the table, washing dishes, and cleaning the kitchen, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. (Cooking is not included.) -Payment for extra services is made within the platform, and these services must be confirmed and paid at least 4 days before your arrival.
