Situated just 3km from Belturbet town & 20km from Cavan, our house provides an ideal base from which to explore the Marble Arch Caves, climb the Stairway to Heaven or experience water activities on the River Erne. Perfect for families or friends, withdraw to its calming confines to close out your day. A combination of board games, lots of space and a snooker table allow for lots of fun to be had! The space The House: x 5 Bedrooms x 5 Double Beds x 1 Single Bed x 2 Bathrooms (one ensuite) x 1 Snooker Room Mobile Broadband: We have recently added a mobile broadband router to the house. Free of charges to guests! However, please be mindful of usage as data is limited. Thank you in advance. Living Area: Furnished with a comfortable sofa and dining table set for six, unwind in this peaceful space after a long day of exploring the area! Additionally, an extra living room is the ideal place to play a board game or play a game of cards! Kitchen: Enjoy this open-plan kitchen/dining space, fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook up a storm! Snooker Room: This house is fitted with an immense snooker table which provides great entertainment for all! A reliable scoreboard allows for the true score to be recorded! Bedroom 1: This double bedroom allows for a good night sleep while the storage units allow for your clothes to be stored away. Bathroom: Run yourself a hot bath and enjoy this bathroom, fully stocked with all the essentials for your stay. Bedroom 2: Enjoy the calming feel of this double bedroom, furnished with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage for your stay. Bedroom 3: Spacious double bedroom with a chest of drawers for storage. Bathroom 2: This ensuite bathroom is complemented with a walk-in shower. Don't worry, it's stocked with shower gel and shampoo to ease your concerns! Bedroom 4: The fourth double bedroom is just as roomy as the others, with plenty of storage space and comfort for a good rest after exploring Cavan. Bedroom 5: This room is nestled into the dormer bungalow style. One single and a double bed provide an excellent place for those late night chats! Guest access You will have full access to the majority of the property during your stay. There is vast storage space throughout the property, however, some of those units will contain some of our personal belongings. Please refrain from using these units. Other things to note We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated.
