New 4BR family home in Dunfanaghy - 100m to beach

Our beach home is in the perfect location in Dunfanaghy. It has almost direct beach access - 100m before you are onto the beautiful Killahoey beach. It is 2 min walk to the golfclub, 2 min walk to a convenience shop (Moores) and a 5 min walk into town to enjoy the pubs/restaurants/shops/ice-cream! Our home is new, built in 2021 and in addition to sleeping 9 there is 1 large size cot (fits up to toddler size) and 1 smaller baby cot. There is also a south-facing garden with BBQ & outdoor living. The space Spacious accommodation which comfortably sleeps 9 across four elegantly appointed bedrooms featuring plush king-size beds and serene decor. The ground floor includes the following: - Modern kitchen/diner (with fully equipped kitchen) - 2 cosy living areas, one with a log burner and tv (Netflix/Apple tv/terrestrial etc), the other living area is a sun-room for the children to play or to simply sit and relax. - Utility room with washing machine and separate dryer - Toilet - Master bedroom (king size bed) with en suite and shower. The upstairs includes: - 3 bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms with king size beds - 1 bedroom with a single and a double - There are also 2 cots: 1 large cot to fit a toddler and 1 small cot to fit a baby. - Family bathroom with electric shower and bath. - Terrace looking out over the beach and Horn Head. Outdoor living includes: - An enclosed, quiet, and south-facing garden (with sun on it until at least 8pm in summer months) - A picnic table which would comfortably sit 6 people - Numerous garden chairs, the green ones are particularly comfortable (but please bring them inside at night/if raining) - A gas BBQ - Picnic blankets Our outdoor space is simply perfect for family gatherings or peaceful afternoons/evenings in the sun. The location of the house also offers a haven of outdoor activities: - With the stunning Killahoey beach just a stones throw away, or drive 5 minutes to Tramore beach, Marble Hill beach, Lucky Shell beach, or Ards Forest Park (to name but a few) to enjoy the beautiful scenery that Donegal has to offer. - Our children adore the local surf school (details can be provided); - Paddle boarding at Port-Na-Blagh; and - Of course, The Dunfanaghy Golf Club. You can see the tee-box from the 18th hole from our home. There is also a pitch and putt (par 3) within walking distance and a brand new driving range. **Please note this is a non-smoking house** Guest access Entire house which benefits from: - WiFi - Washing machine and a separate dryer - Clothes line outside and clothes horse inside - TV with full Netflix etc for cosy nights in - Toy corner with variety of toys - Fully equipped kitchen to include children's crockery/cutlery - Microwave - BBQ - Picnic table outside - Comfy garden chairs - Soft bed linen and bath towels/beach towels - High quality extremely comfortable king size mattresses - Portable steps for children to reach sinks/toilets etc. - baby bath/toddler potty/high chair - large fridge/freezer. As this house is so new, it is a very warm and cosy house. Other things to note This is our family holiday home, we absolutely love spending time here with our young children who adore the beaches/surfing and everything Donegal has to offer.
