This Phase, Beach village is very popular by expat families, and this unit can be leased for long term too, 2 year fix lease. Guest access If I can not greet you in person, my agent will pass the key to you. Internet , wifi is not connected as I primarilly lease this unit for long term, and the tenant arrange the internet connection. But there is prepaid sim card with unlimited date usage HK$90 per month. This will solve internet problem very easy way. I live in the Down Town where I manage my other properties, but available to come to this Unit if there is need to get helped. Other things to note We do not wear outdoor shoes indoor. Smoking is only allowed in the Terrace . pet is welcome, if you guarantee there will not have furniture,, wall damage by pet. I also live with my Dachshund. She is not tearing my furniture and electric wires any more. Wifi is not available but wifi is still useable in the Livingroom area.
