With stunning views of Galway Bay, this luxurious ensuite studio is tucked away on a very private and beautifully landscaped acre lot. A three-minute walk down our road takes you to the waterfront. A lovely hiking trail is just up the hill past St. Patrick's Church. Located in the village of New Quay on the scenic Wild Atlantic Way, we are on the route to Ballyvaughan and the Ciffs of Moher. (A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.) The space The comfy, well-furnished space has a shelf of books, work/dining table, wifi and a smart TV. There is a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle with coffee and a selection of teas. We'll provide some breakfast/snack basics for you on arrival. This stand-alone guesthouse is located next to our home and is divided into two separate properties with private entrances on opposite sides. (It is possible for suite 1 and 2 to be rented together for groups of up to 4 traveling together.) Guest access You have a private space and access to the yard and patio.
