Tranquil resort with great views

If you're looking for a peaceful quiet place with fantastic views on the Golden Circle, this is where you want to be. Our cottage is named "Paradís" (i.e. the ultimate abode) in which you can relax, meditate and allow your creative potentials come to the surface. There are also numerous attractions of nature within a few minutes drive, including the most famous gaiser "Geysir" and Iceland's most beautiful waterfall, "Gullfoss". The space This is a modern style home with high-end furniture and artwork hanging on the walls. The floors are dark-stained concreate with in-floor heating, and the large windows provide ample light and picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. There are two 3-peace bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite in the master bedroom. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have two double beds that are normally positioned together providing king sized beds. (Guests may request that the beds be moved apart prior to their arrival, if they prefer that arrangement). The 3rd bedroom has a comfortable pull-out sofa, a desk and an ergonomic chair. There is a TV lounge, a 36' Smart TV with access to local TV stations and Netflix. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home, including the laundry room with use of a washer/dryer. There are access linens stored in the laundry room if needed. Other things to note Please keep in mind that due to the location of the cottage being a little distance off the main road, you must arrange when you arrive for the first time, to get there when there is daylight, in order to find it. This, of course, is not a problem during the summer months, as there is sufficient light to see where you are going most all the time. However, please be sure to check 'sunset' and 'sunrise' hours in Iceland so that you can coordinate your arrival time at the cottage to be during daylight hours. This, of course, will not be a problem once you know the route.
