Casa LIV in Playa del Carmen (near Mayan train)

Modern 2-story house in a private area, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and television. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 65-inch TV and outdoor balcony. Large spaces and tasteful decoration, the house accommodates up to 9 people. With access to 2 swimming pools where you can spend a pleasant time. 7 to 10 minutes to the beach by car, Plaza Las Americas, Walmart and Oxxo nearby for daily needs. Space for 2 cars, located right at the entrance to the preserve. The space The house has two floors. On the first floor is the living room and a beautiful dining room for 6 people. Its kitchen is equipped with appliances, a refrigerator, stove and microwave as well as a coffee maker. There is also a half bathroom, laundry room and a small patio. On the second floor are the bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, which makes it ideal for families who like their privacy. The main room has a nice balcony that allows you to see the green areas of the reserve. Excellent place for large families.....
